I was blown away by the amazing marina views from our room! The attentive service at the Terrace Lounge, thanks to the very nice mixologist Brian who crafted the best cocktails. Plus, the convenience of being located near vibrant city attractions kept our days packed with fun!

I enjoyed the location right in the heart of everything. The pool was nice and quiet most of the time, at the 3rd floor, perfect for relaxing. The staff was friendly, always trying to help, especially at check-in. The room had a spacious layout, but I found several issues that dampened my stay. The first room had cleanliness issues. the restroom wasn’t cleaned properly, and we noticed soda stains on the wall. After we requested a room change, the next one still had hair in the bed and leftover food in the microwave. The balcony door rattled and was locked, preventing us from enjoying the views fully. Internet and gym facilities were decent, but the equipment felt outdated. There was definitely room for improvement in maintenance and housekeeping. Fixing these issues could make a great experience even better.

The location was a great advantage, as we could easily walk to the beach and nearby attractions like the Selena Monument Statue. I had a great stay with a clean room and friendly staff, and the hotel is perfectly situated just less than a 5-minute walk from the Selena Memorial Statue and the charming waterfront promenade for leisurely strolls along the water.
